At a glance
- Our calculators process inputs in your browser; the site does not send those inputs to a server.
- We do not offer user accounts, comments, file uploads, checkout or an on-site contact form.
- No Google Analytics, Google AdSense or other optional advertising scripts are included in this release.
- Your browser can remember dismissal of the storage notice. Ordinary network requests and email messages still involve information processing.
Information processed when you visit
Cloudflare provides hosting and delivery for the production site. Requests can include your IP address, requested URL, time, browser or device information, referring page and security-related information. These may be processed to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose faults. Infrastructure providers may keep operational logs under their applicable service settings and policies. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
We do not embed an optional analytics beacon in the supplied site. Browser extensions, your network provider and any services you choose to visit are outside the site’s control.
Calculator inputs, search and printing
Temperature, humidity, area, power, runtime and price inputs are used locally for the displayed result. Guide searches filter the already-loaded page locally. These features do not upload or intentionally retain your entries. The printable log is a blank worksheet; printing and saving a PDF are handled by your browser. We cannot control browser autofill, history or local print records.
Messages you send
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide, message contents, attachments and ordinary email metadata. We use this information to respond, assess corrections and manage the enquiry. Email providers process messages as part of delivery and storage. Send only information necessary for the request. We do not publish your message or personal details as a testimonial without permission.
Cookies and local storage
The site uses the local-storage key dry-home-logic-privacy-v1 to remember a requested notice preference. It contains a version, an essential-only choice and a timestamp—not calculator readings. It is treated as expired after 180 days and removed when the site next checks it, or earlier if you clear it. Our cookie policy describes controls and possible infrastructure security storage.
Purposes and applicable grounds
We process the information needed to provide and secure the site and to handle enquiries. Where a legal basis is required, relevant grounds may include our legitimate interests in operating a secure information service, responding to a request, complying with legal obligations, and consent where required. Optional consent, if introduced, must be separate from access to ordinary content and capable of withdrawal.
Sharing and international processing
Service providers involved in hosting, security and email may process necessary information. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to investigate abuse or protect rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the current release. The operator is in Sri Lanka and providers may process information in other countries. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, those requirements apply to the relevant arrangements.
Retention and security
Enquiry information should be kept only as long as necessary to handle the matter, maintain a needed record, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations, and reviewed for deletion when no longer needed. Provider logs have their own retention arrangements. We use reasonable access and security precautions, but no website or email transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not email sensitive records.
Your choices and rights
You can read the site without submitting an enquiry, block browser storage, or clear the notice preference using Cookie settings in the footer. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a relevant data-protection authority. Email editor@dryhomelogic.com to make a request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify it and will respond as required by applicable law. Clearing browser storage does not delete messages already sent by email.
The current release does not carry out targeted advertising or sale/sharing for that purpose. Global Privacy Control or other browser signals do not switch on any tracking. If practices change, the applicable opt-out and consent controls must be provided before the new processing begins.
Advertising: current status and future changes
Google AdSense is not active on this release. No advertising consent is collected by the essential-storage notice. If Google advertising is introduced, this policy and the actual vendor and consent information will be updated before it starts.
When Google ads are used, Google and other participating vendors may use cookies and similar identifiers, including web beacons and IP addresses, to serve and measure ads. Advertising cookies can support ads based on visits to this and other websites. Information about Google’s practices is available at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Personalized-ad choices are available through Google My Ad Center; participating third-party opt-outs are available through YourAdChoices. Those external choices do not replace any consent required on this site and do not necessarily remove all ads.
Children and external links
The site is intended for a general adult readership, not children under 13, and does not knowingly solicit their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so it can be assessed and handled appropriately. External links lead to independently operated sites with their own policies.
Changes
We will revise this policy when the site’s actual practices change and identify the effective date. Material new uses may require further notice or consent, rather than relying only on an updated page.
